Églomisé Three-Drawer Chest with Silver-Leaf Molding

A three-drawer chest whose surfaces are treated with églomisé — reverse painting on glass — framed with silver-leaf molding. The combination of painted glass and metallic molding gives the piece an 18th-century reference executed at a contemporary scale.
