Our product photography is our own, taken of our own pieces. Please do not reproduce it commercially, or use it to list, advertise or resell goods, without our written permission. Sharing a piece you love, writing about it, or linking to it is welcome.
Trademarks
Cayen Home and Cayen Collection, and their logos, are marks of this business. The names, marks and designs of the makers, artists, houses and estates whose work we carry belong to their respective owners and appear here to identify their work. Their appearance on this site does not imply that they endorse us, nor we them, beyond the ordinary relationship of a retailer and the makers it represents.

We take this seriously, and we would rather hear from you than from a lawyer. If you believe material on this site infringes a copyright you own or represent, write to concierge@cayenhome.com with "Copyright" in the subject line, or to Cayen Home, PO Box O, Carmel, California 93921, and include:
- your name, address, telephone number and email address;
- identification of the work you say has been infringed;
- the page or URL on this site where the material appears, described precisely enough that we can find it;
- a statement that you believe in good faith that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law;
- a statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act for them;
- your physical or electronic signature.
We will look into it promptly and remove or disable anything that should not be here. We may also pass your notice to the person who supplied the material.
Descriptions, attribution and provenance
We sell antiques, vintage pieces, original artwork and mineral specimens. We describe age, origin, maker and material to the best of our knowledge and from thirty years of experience, but we do not guarantee attribution, age or provenance unless a piece is sold with a written certificate or appraisal, in which case that document governs. Our Terms of Service set this out in full.
Prices and availability
Prices and availability shown on this site are subject to change without notice, and errors are corrected when we find them. Our Terms of Service explain what happens when a piece turns out to have been priced or described wrongly, including after an order has been placed.
