Each of our workroom partners builds to a comfort profile — the internal specification that determines how a piece actually feels. Fill density, cushion construction, seat depth, back support, firmness. These aren't afterthoughts. They are decisions made before the fabric is cut, and they are the difference between a beautiful sofa and one you actually want to sit in every day. We walk you through the profile for each piece so you know exactly what you're getting before it's built.

Can I try it first?
Yes — our showroom is built for sitting, not just looking. We encourage you to spend time with a piece before committing to a custom order.
Can I purchase something directly off the floor?
Yes. Some pieces are available as they stand. If something on the floor is already right for your room, it's yours.
Can I choose my own fabric?
From our library, or we source it specifically for you. We also carry an extensive passementerie collection for trims, tassels, and finishing details.
Can it be sized for my room?
Length, depth, arm style, leg finish — all adjustable. We take the room dimensions seriously, not as an afterthought.
Do I need a full design project?
No. Custom upholstery is available as a standalone service. You don't need to be a design client to work with us on a single piece.
